Shipping Zones

We currently ship only to the United States and Canada. We do not ship to other regions at this time.

Delivery Times

We process orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery times are:

  • United States (continental): 3-5 business days
  • United States (Alaska and Hawaii): 7-10 business days
  • Canada: 5-8 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions of the order, and the destination. The exact cost will be displayed during checkout before you confirm your order.

We offer free shipping on orders that exceed the minimum amount indicated during the purchase process (may vary based on active promotions).

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can check the status of your shipment at any time.

Delays and Delivery Issues

Returns Policy

How to Initiate a Return

We accept returns within 30 calendar days from the receipt of the product. To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us by email at soporte@batterybackuphub.com, stating your order number and reason for the return.
  2. We will send you instructions and the return address.
  3. Package the product in its original packaging (or an equivalent) and send it to the specified address.
  4. Once the product is received and inspected, we will process the refund.

Condition of Returned Product

For a return to be accepted, the product must:

  • Be in its original condition, unused, and without customer-induced damage.
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and original packaging.
  • Not have been tampered with or modified.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product has a manufacturing defect or was sent by mistake.

Refund Timeframe

Once the return is received and verified, we will process the refund within a maximum of 10 business days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
